Feel Greater Happiness and Fulfillment in Your Life
Psychotherapy
What hurts? What aspects of yourself do you wish to learn more about? Do you wish to feel greater happiness or fulfillment in your life? Do you wish to feel calmer, clearer, more certain? Engaging in a process of psychotherapy can help.
My passion is in witnessing the transformation and growth that occurs within the inner and outer lives of my clients. I seek to create a resonance by maintaining a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, a safe container, comfortable office space, empathic listening and professional expertise, which I have provided for over 30 years.
I see the psychotherapeutic process as a mysterious journey into the unknown territory of the soul. I am there to light the way and to accompany you on your journey. Success depends on our work together and your motivation and willingness to change. My role is to illuminate the unknown spaces within you.
Though I have trained in a wide variety of modalities, I steer away from a cookie cutter set of ‘techniques’ and focus directly on you and your individual needs and ways of working.
I believe that healing begins with awareness. From that place we bring to consciousness that which has been unconscious, and there the real work takes place. Traditional talk therapies are of great value. I also feel that clients may be assisted by including energetic, somatic and spiritual elements, if they are open to alternative ways of working.
I have trained extensively in modalities such as object relations, Jungian psychotherapy, bioenergetics, somatic therapies, expressive arts therapies, psychodrama, and shamanic energy healing.
I now offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, in partnership with Telos Transformational Therapies, Seattle, WA.
Ketamine has been shown to be an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and pain. Ethical use of ketamine includes preparation, treatment, and integration sessions.
If you are wondering if ketamine treatment is for you, see
www.telostransformationaltherapies.com for more information. I can work with you online and in person at the clinic during your ketamine treatment.

Couples Counseling
I have worked with couples for many years and what I have found is that people who’ve been together for a long time tend to get stuck in ‘ruts’ and hold the other person responsible for their unhappiness. This goes round and round and sooner or later the relationship begins to unravel.
In therapy we work with the expectations and disappointments behind the day to day frustrations, and to seek to find the spark of love, attraction and connection that the couple started out with. Couple’s therapy is hard work, but can be infinitely rewarding.
I’ve trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a therapy derived by Dr. Sue Johnson, for couples in relationship.

Makes boredom and hurt disappear
Someone fills the cup in front of us
We taste only sacredness."
