Welcome! I assist individuals and couples through the process of healing, growth and self-actualization. I help clients live more fully into the essence of who they truly are.

My belief is that healing begins with awareness. My process is an alchemical blend of self-exploration, mystery, and discovery.  Ultimately, it brings us to a place of knowing more about who we are and how to live a more congruent life.   

 

I work with individuals and couples, guiding them through the process of finding congruence in their lives and within themselves.  When I work with couples, I help them to improve communication, intimacy and understanding.

 

I’ve been in practice for over 35 years and draw from my training roots in Jungian and Object Relations psychotherapy, somatic body awareness, energy practices and traditional counseling.

I have trained in the shamanic arts for over 25 years, and offer adjunctive energy healing and group work in addition to my psychotherapeutic work when clients need additional support, or when deemed necessary to aid the psychotherapeutic process.

 

I provide psychotherapy, shamanic healing, and psychedelic integration support for individuals, couples and groups on Vashon Island, and online through video conference.

I seek to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

 

Although I do not take insurance directly, I can provide Super Bills for reimbursement. Please note, shamanic work is not covered by insurance.
