Why
choose psychotherapy? Clients go to psychotherapy because they want
to feel better.
| I
listen carefully to my clients and attempt to work with each individual,
regardless of age, with compassion understanding and skill.
I use a non-directive approach, which means that while I do not have
the answers, I attempt to guide each client to discover her or his individual
internal and external reality. While I have extensive training in
a number of counseling modalities, my choices in treatment are made with
careful regard to each individual client. I see the process of therapy
as a continuum of opening one window of awareness onto another and another,
until a person has reached a point where they find that symptoms have disappeared
or are greatly reduced. Therapy has been successful when that person
is living life more fully, available to feelings and experiences with widened
perception and greater ability to be themselves in the world. |

Something opens
our wings
Makes boredom and
hurt disappear
Someone fills the
cup in front of us
We taste only sacredness.
